How should I store my bottle when I receive it?
Keep it in a cool dark place, or even better, keep it in the fridge until ready to drink!
How long does the product last?
Unopened, your bottle will last 3 months after you receive it. We always recommend serving fresh, but once opened, keep refrigerated and drink within 10 days.
How do I serve KUDA's cocktails?
Chill all cocktails well before drinking. Give the bottle a good shake to wake all that delicious fresh lime and nutmeg that may have separated, then sling over plenty ice in a short rocks glass.
How many cocktails does one bottle serve?
Our big bottle is 700ml and is 6 serves
Our mini bottle is 200ml and is 2 serves
Can I add a note if my order is a gift for someone?
Yes! If you'd like to add a note please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I order your cocktails for an event or party?
Absolutely! If you have a particular request or event (big or small) please contact us on email@example.com to discuss your requirements. We can cater for anything from a dinner party, to your wedding, or even a work party!
Are all of KUDA's cocktails vegan and gluten free?
All our cocktails are completely gluten free.
The only cocktail which is not vegan is our Punch a Crema
Can I change my order once I have paid?
Unfortunately once your order has gone through it cannot be changed.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the whole of England, Wales and parts of Scotland.
Postcodes we deliver to in Scotland: AB1 - AB16, AB21 - AB25, AB30 and AB39, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (excluding KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, PA1 - PA19, PH1 - PH3.
At the moment we are sadly unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Scottish Islands.
What are your delivery options?
Our deliveries are all Express and will arrive within 1-2 business days. Shipping is £5.50
At the moment we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Please factor in Bank Holidays when you order as this can affect delivery times.
What is the last day I can order if I want delivery in time for the weekend?
If you need your order in time for the weekend (by Friday), we recommend ordering by 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can! You will receive a dispatch email from us which will include your tracking number.
Can I return my product?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless there is a problem with the product.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged / broken?
If any of your bottles arrive damaged or broken, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org - we will sort it!
